As of March 21, portions of Kansas have recently announced they will join California, New York and Illinois as areas that have issued public health orders (sometimes referred to as shelter in place orders), requiring their residents to stay home to quarantine and isolate to help further protect and heal their communities from COVID-19.
Knowing that, we want to assure you that we are still available and prepared to serve you and all of our customers.
Retail of household consumer products is considered an Essential Business and is exempt from these public health orders. We will remain open and available to our customers, while still ensuring we provide the highest measures of health and safety for our associates and customers. We encourage our customers to utilize our online or auto-payment services and to contact us by phone.
We are currently modifying our delivery/installation schedules and procedures by location so please call your local store for information on current services. We have implemented "social distancing” measures at our locations and enhanced cleaning procedures to help protect our staff and customers. If you need to visit a location we can meet you outside for some services. Please call ahead to make arrangements and check for changes as we all work through these difficult times together.
