1. What kind of information do I need to provide to be able to lease?

Typically, all we require is some basic information about who you are, where you live and what you do. We do not require a credit background so there is no delay in processing your information. We can usually approve a lease quickly. If you need several lease items we may require more detailed information. In some instances you can provide a credit card authorization which will allow you to provide very little other information. Contact a store or view our forms for more information.

2. Can I just rent temporarily or do I have to purchase?

You can just rent for as long as you have a need or you can purchase at any time. On some items, such as major appliances or furniture sets, we may require a minimum amount to initiate the lease. Our lease form is simply a week-to-week or month-to-month lease, and you can exercise any option at any time, including the right to terminate. When you set up a lease you don't need to decide what your final decision will be.

3. Doesn't it cost more to lease?

You decide what your total cost will be by how you exercise your options. Your lease shows the cash price (retail) and we offer 90 days to purchase at that price. We also offer an early purchase discount if you want to purchase beyond the 90 days but prior to the last three months of the lease term. If you continue to make lease payments for the required length of time to acquire ownership of the merchandise, your total will be more than the other two options, and that price is clearly stated in the lease. 4. What happens if I have a problem with my leased merchandise?

We provide full maintenance while you lease and guarantee your satisfaction. While you lease we will take care of any equipment problems that might arise, and do so quickly. If repairs to appliances or electronics cannot be made immediately due to parts orders or other delays beyond our control, we will provide replacement items so you are not without. If you are not satisfied with the product, we will replace it. If you are not satisfied with our service, we will refund your current lease period payment. We will not, however, repair or replace items when damages are caused by you or someone you know. We strive to offer the best customer service in the industry.

5. Can I order over the phone?

Certainly, but please don't ask us to pick out furniture for you unless you are willing to live with our choices! Many items are easily ordered over the phone which is very convenient.
